DoorWayGym is a multi-function portable doorway exercise device.  DoorWayGym can be positioned anywhere inside a standard 30 or 32 inch door frame in an almost unlimited number of positions depending on the user’s exercise preference. DoorWayGym is secured to the door frame without the use of screws, bolts or any other permanent attaching methods. The system is easily installed, adjusted and removed by the user without any tools. The device requires no attachments but can be used with tension bands, TRX straps and pulley systems.

Please note – DWG will only fit in a 30 or 32 inch doorway. Please measure the width of your doorway before ordering. The DWG bracket assembly needs approximately 1/2 inch of clearance between the door edge and the door frame (where the hinges are). See FAQS for additional information. Please measure this space before ordering.

Functionality: DoorWayGym allows the user to perform a variety of exercises including: 

• Pull ups and Chin ups using a variety of hand positions and grips. 
• Dips, reverse pull ups, incline and decline push-ups.  
• User supplied tension bands allow for additional exercises such as: 

Bicep curls, Triceps extensions, Chest fly’s, chest press, shoulder press and many more.
